About Position, Since Ghazanfar Bank is requiring for fresh graduate with education background of IT and Computer Science to hire in IT section of the bank. Job Descriptions: 1. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. 2. On periodic basis report to line manager. 3. Perform IT hardware cleaning regularly with report to line manager 4. Be able to fix network and camera connector related issues. 5. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults 6. Replacing basic parts of IT equipment whenever needed based on guidance and training provided by IT Technician. 7. Providing support to all staff while keeping and maintaining procedural documentations. 8. Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs for any support. 9. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) and ensure work quality. 10. Maintain professional communication skill and highest behavior. 11. Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time. 12. Perform cleaning and adjusting of Epson Printer, Counter Machine and another IT equipment. 13. Testing and evaluating new technologies and new devices. 14. Maintain detail documentation of major changes and events and take notes of any major events with date and time. 15. Make sure Branch Visit Forms, Support Case registration Log sheet, Case management system and any forms are maintained. 16. Strictly follow Policy and Procedure of IT. 17. Be able to view, playback DVR Recordings in case of needs. 18. Maintain local admin users and password documents in protected file and complex format. Also advising employees in regards to Password Policy. 19. Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs for any support. 20. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) and ensure work quality.
