As Senior Database Officer/Database Officer your responsible to: 1. Database User Creation and modification 2. Monitoring the performance of Database to ensure availability and performance of database. 3. Responsible to troubleshooting and solving of the Database Issues 4. Responsible for implementation and release of new changes in Database 5. Responsible for the securities of Database 6. Monitoring of the Data Replication between HO and DR site 7. Taking types of backup from Databases as per assigned schedules to Dubai Storage and HO 8. Restoring and make assurance for the copied Database to Dubai Storage Site 9. Frequently monitoring system logs 10. Checking the performance of Operation System and Storage. 11. Communicates regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security 12. Carry out basic analysis of database logs and identify issues 13. Troubleshoot issues with of RAC (with ASM) 14. Support EOD in FCUBS and FinCLuez system 15. Preparing of reports based on request of department after instruction of line manager 16. Configuring and Scheduling RMAN Backups 17. Install and test upgrades and patches 18. Ensuring Database Confidentiality, Integrity, availability. 19. Working closely with IT project managers, database team, CBS team 20. Perform activities for resolution of occurred issues 21.
