Mr. Abdul wali Basirat was born in Badakhshan, Afghanistan. He graduated from Kabul University and completed a Diplomacy course on Capacity Building from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Afghanistan. He was appointed as leader of Islamic guidance by Academy of science of Afghanistan and later as Faculty member of Islamic Science. Since 2002 he has been selected as head of science and Sqaft department, Academy of science. Currently he is member of Documents assessment commission, member of Publication High Commission, member of editing board for Journal of research council Academic book and science Academy. He has published several books and Articles on the area of Islamic Transactions and Islamic Knowledge.
Associate Professor Karamat Arshad, son of Abdul Wasi, born in 1984 in Takhar province, has a bachelor's degree in Sharia law from the Islamic University of Medina, Saudi Arabia.Completed his master's degree from the Faculty of Shari'ah & Law in the Department of Islamic law and Jurisprudence from the International Islamic University of Islamabad (IIUI) The thesis has defended its Master in Financial and Banking transactions under the title: " Joint liability company and its Applications in Islamic Jurisprudence and Afghan Commercial Law" Since 2014, he has been teaching as a faculty member in the Faculty of Shari’ah of Balkh University, and from 2019 until now, he has been working as a member of the Shari’ah Board of Ghazanfar Bank.He is the author of numerous scientific articles in the field of contemporary financial and banking transactions in national and international journals, including the contract of Tawarruq & its banking applications in Islamic jurisprudence) & (the need for the importance of research in contemporary financial transactions) can be mentioned.
