Introduction to Ghazanfar Bank MasterCard

Welcome to the world of possibilities!

We are pleased to introduce you titanium debit card. It is master card branded. This card allows you to withdraw cash from your account if there is sufficient balance provided in it from any ATM connected with master card at any time.

1. This card also allows you to withdraw cash at local currency of any country you are visiting.
2. This card enable you to purchase online as per the limit without any extra charges .some of Web sites has their own charges
3. This card enable you to purchase through POS Machine in any place as the limit amount without extra charges.

Please NOTE that you shall also receive with this card, a security sealed personal identification number (PIN) mailer.

Ensure to change the initial PIN at GB ATM immediately after activation of your card.

The new PIN should be memorized and MUST not be shared with anyone.

• Receive your card and sealed PIN mailer
• Activate your card immediately

Ensure you change the default PIN immediately after activation and/or before you travel overseas with your card 

How can you have GB titanium debit card?

With opening a saving, current or salary account you can receive this card. If you are existing customer of GB, simply come to branch and apply for this card. The branch will get the form filled from you and obtain the required documents and you will be able to receive your master debit card in two weeks’ time  in case that you need urgent, we may provide in few days.

Benefits of using GB titanium debit card:

Your card can be used to carry out the following functions:

• Cash withdrawal from any master card ATM
• Payment for goods and services through POS terminal
• Balance enquiry    
• Mini statement
• PIN change

Transactions related information

• Number of cash transactions allowed per day is 2 and each withdrawal is limited to an amount of USD 500 and the aggregated amounts of withdrawals are limited to     USD 1,000 per day.
• Number of retail transactions allowed per day is 15 with total aggregated amount of USD 7,500 per day. (It means the transactions through point of sales).
• Your card will expire after 5 years. You will be contacted two months prior to expiry for renewal.

When you receive your card and PIN, send mail to ATM department for card activation.

What do I do if I lose my card?

In case you lose your card please immediately visit the nearest GB branch or call on +93792 214 214. Please note that even after you call the mentioned number, you will still need to come to branch for filling the necessary forms to complete the formalities, although your card will be blocked as soon as possible.

Important guidelines:

• At no time to use or attempt to use the card unless there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the withdrawal.
• Not to use or attempt to use the card after any notification of its cancellation or withdrawal has been given to you by the bank or any person acting on behalf of the bank.
• To restrict use of the card exclusively to yourself as it is not transferable.
• At no time and under no circumstances to disclose to any person the personal identification number (PIN) allotted to you to facilitate the use of the card.
