Dr. Abdullah Noor Ebad S/o Noorullah was born in 1340 in Kabul, Afghanistan. He received his primary and secondary education in Kabul city and later moved to Pakistan where he studied in schools in Karachi and Peshawar. Additionally, he pursued religious studies by memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran. Subsequently, he furthered his education in Egypt, obtaining his bachelor's and doctorate degrees in Islamic sciences and jurisprudence from Al-Azhar and Cairo universities. Since 2004, he has been working as a Lecturer at the Sharia Faculty of Kabul University and as the Shariah Board Chairman at Ghazanfar Bank.

Mr. Zaifullah Athari S/o Sahihullah has spent twelve years in religious studies in different schools in Pakistan. In 2003, he graduated from Darul Uloom Siraj-ul-Islam Kahi, located in Kohat, Pakistan, with the first grade and was honored by the school administration. In 1388 H.H., he was included in the Faculty of Sharia of Kabul University in the Department of Jurisprudence and Law and Got the title of an excellent student and appreciated by the Ministry of Higher Education, likewise, in 1392 he was appointed as a lecturer in the Faculty of Sharia of Kabul University and he is graduated from the master's level in the department of jurisprudence and law from the aforementioned university in 2017. In 2020, he went to Malaysia through a governmental scholarship to complete his doctorate, and now he is about to defend his doctoral thesis. Up until now, he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Sharia at Kabul University and is also a member of the Sharia Board of Ghazanfar Bank.

Mr. Islamuddin Munib S/o Gulabuddin traveled to Pakistan in 1988 to study religious sciences. Over the next twenty-two years, he acquired religious knowledge from various schools in Pakistan and dedicated himself to memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran. Additionally, he graduated from the Shariah faculty of Nangarhar University and completed his master's degree there in 2018. Currently, he is working towards his Doctoral degree at Khaibar Pukhtun Khah, serving as a lecturer at Al Taqwa University, and is a member of the Sharia Board of Ghazanfar Bank.
