Ms. Suhaila Haidari D/o Haidar was born in Kunduz province of Afghanistan, she has graduated from Shariah faculty of Kabul university with grade A and Completed her master's degree from the jurisprudence and law department of Sharia faculty of Kabul university.
Ms. Haidari has Sufficient experience of teaching Sharia, jurisprudence and legal sciences in higher and semi-higher scientific institutions of the country, including teaching in the Afghan University, University of Afghanistan and teaching jurisprudence and legal subjects in other higher and international institutions. She has worked as a consultant in the WCC international organization. recently she has got approval of DAB as sharia’h board member of Ghazanfar bank where she has working now.Go somewhere
Associate Professor Karamat Arshad, son of Abdul Wasi, born in 1984 in Takhar province, has a bachelor's degree in Sharia law from the Islamic University of Medina, Saudi Arabia.Completed his master's degree from the Faculty of Shari'ah & Law in the Department of Islamic law and Jurisprudence from the International Islamic University of Islamabad (IIUI) The thesis has defended its Master in Financial and Banking transactions under the title: " Joint liability company and its Applications in Islamic Jurisprudence and Afghan Commercial Law" Since 2014, he has been teaching as a faculty member in the Faculty of Shari’ah of Balkh University, and from 2019 until now, he has been working as a member of the Shari’ah Board of Ghazanfar Bank.He is the author of numerous scientific articles in the field of contemporary financial and banking transactions in national and international journals, including the contract of Tawarruq & its banking applications in Islamic jurisprudence) & (the need for the importance of research in contemporary financial transactions) can be mentioned.Go somewhere
