Duties and Responsibilities 1. He/she is responsible to implement the capacity plan effectively on an annual basis. 2. He/she responsible for assessment of employee’s capacity with the different methodology to understand and figure out exact need of the department/bank. 3. Responsible for scheduling the training sessions and maintain the training calendar. 4. Informing concerned employees about the trainings and ensuring timely start and completion of every training session. Ensuring that the training venue is ready for the training session. 5. Training of EA policies, procedures and EA code of ethics to new employees. 6. Ensuring that the training material is as per required contents and it is helpful for trainees for self-paced learning. 7. Monitoring trainings quality and assessment along with its outcome for the trainees through assessment, surveys or other approach. 8. Keeping track of employees training records and follow them for updates, finalization and returns for the bank after trainings. 9. Prepare training expense reports / budget and statements for Finance department. 10. Develop the training materials, guidelines assessing forms and evaluation reports. 11. Developing Training and Development section SOP and guidelines. 12. Ensuring that high-flyers outlined trainings by mentors (in coordination with EA) are fulfilled and processed by T&D. 13. Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. 14. Monitoring, assessing and evaluation and of all related trainings and providing feedback on trainings to trainers. 15. Preparing exam questions for new hired employees and updating them from time to time. 16. To attend any other official tasks that may not mentioned in JD but advised by departmental head.
