1. Repairs of ATMs part. 2. Fixing of ATMs Technical Issues 3. Responsible for checking, controlling, and repairing Bank’s ATMs. 4. Troubleshooting and resolving of problems and malfunction of ATMs effectively by analyzing the situation and identifying potential solutions and ensuring a high-level customer satisfaction. 5. Oversees technical testing and implementation of ATMs. 6. Responsible for ATM installation and deployment. 7. Take care of proper coordination with other related departments of the bank regarding installation and technical maintenance of ATMs. 8. Service and Cleaning of ATM devices when and as needed to mitigate possible damages. 9. Visit Branches for technical support any time needed based on advice of line manager. 10. Monitor ATMs spare part stock and make sure to inform ATM, ecommerce & POS manager to act on time. 11. Attend and reply customer queries related to D-Banking Products & services. 12. Coordinate cash replenishment for ATMs as with branches and CSC when required. 13. Maintain card, audit journals stock and replenish the stock as and when required. 14. To monitor ATM and interface servers. 15. Coordinating ATM maintenance with PLL and keep track of maintenances. 16. Initiating advances and expenses in HR Admin software. 17. Other duties as assigned by Digital Banking Manager. 18. Provide training for branches regarding to ATM operation whenever required. 19. Activation of E-statement option for customers both Islamic and Conventional banking. 20. Receiving of E-Transfer request forms from branches. 21. Shifting of ATMs from one location to another location. 22. Support of branches for small issues in the ATMs through mobile & Email 23. To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but advised by Head of Department.
