De Afghanistan Bank announces that based on article number 39 of De Afghanistan Bank, Bank Notes of below specifications:

• Any Bank Notes on which there is Painting or Writing.
• Stamped or multiple holes are made on it.
• Any sticky material is applied on the Bank Note
• Any Bank Notes which are washed by any other chemicals, acids or Ink is poured on it. 
• will be exchanged to useable Bank Notes in any branches of De Afghanistan Bank or any other Commercial Banks without any charges. After 30/12/1395 De Afghanistan Bank will seize above mentioned Bank Notes without exchange.
